His fingers curled into fists as he remained rooted to the floor while considering his options. After remaining there for what seemed to have been ten minutes, he exhaled heavily and finally took a step forward. He held Cole's hand and then began to unplug every form of life support he had been placed on. Then he lifted his unconscious body up and brought his face closer to Cole's. He stared at his pale face and then his lips for a few seconds before rubbing his own against Cole's briefly with shaky breath. He moved his lips towards the human's neck and lingered for a while.
