He wiped the area clean and took out a new sterile needle.

"Oh My God!!! Are you trying to kill me". Arisa shrieked.

Josh frowned at her. "What's your problem now".

She huffed. "That needle is obviously the size of my middle finger. You OBVIOUSLY want to kill me. This is fraud..you're fraud..and.. I'm calling my daddy".

He was certainly pissed off and badly wanted to pinch the bridge of his nose but hearing her threaten to call her father, he calmed down.

Her father wouldn't even want to know the reason or what had happened, he could send spies from his underground Mafia group to set the hospital ablaze with the patients!!!

"Look...it might look a bit..... intimidating..".

"A bit?!".

"Hey would you stop being a cry-baby for a few seconds and let me finish. I've been doing this work for years..This will just take a few seconds and you'll feel it prick your arm like a pinch."
