“What was I just thinking? He’s a bully. He laughs happily when he makes me cry. Why should I feel sorry for him?”

“I should feel sorry for myself, and right now I really have to escape!” Elena muttered to herself.

She crawled through the bushes, peeking toward the large gate. Her eyes widened happily when she saw there were no more palace guards there.

“Hah! They finally left!”

“Time to use my legs to run as fast as possible! Hmmm!” Elena grumbled as she lifted her skirt and began running as fast as she could toward the gate, which was still quite far from her.

As she ran at full speed, Lucien, who was in his chamber, frowned as he looked down and saw Elena running toward the large gate leading to the forest.

“Hmmm?”

“That girl is truly hard to control,” Lucien whispered sharply.

At that moment, Hasgard Golard, who was about to report the complaints of the Moon Council and elders, also noticed a half-human girl inside the palace.

“Your Majesty, that girl…” Hasgard stared sharply, his blood boiling at the sight of a half-human inside the palace, dirty blood that had wiped out many wolves eight years ago.

Lucien folded his arms across his chest and lifted his chin, displaying authority and threat.

“No one must know about this. She is my little toy.”

“I will throw her away once I’m bored,” Lucien declared, shocking Hasgard.

“But Your Majesty, dirty blood flows in her veins, the descendant of a demon who...” Hasgard was about to mention the incident from eight years ago, but before he could continue...

Lucien turned to him, staring with sharp ocean-blue eyes. Without even touching him, Hasgard’s body suddenly slammed onto the grand palace floor.

Lucien looked down arrogantly, asserting the difference in their positions.

“Did you not hear me? I dislike repeating myself. That girl is my toy.”

“I will decide whether she stays in the palace or not. Do you understand my message, Hasgard Golard?” Lucien said calmly, while his eyes shifted toward Elena, who was unable to open the large gate.

Lucien clenched his jaw and tightened his fist.

“I understand, Your Majesty…” Hasgard replied, realizing that the existence of the half-human girl would remain a secret between him and Lucien.

Without another word, Lucien stepped out of his grand chamber.

“Heh.”

He smirked sharply when he saw Elena, unable to open the gate, now trying to climb it instead.

“Such an ungrateful little toy. How dare she defy my order…” Lucien murmured as he moved swiftly.

In an instant, he arrived beneath the gate. Elena’s hands trembled. She was good at climbing trees, but this gate was too large and tall, like climbing a sheer cliff.

“Uhk!”

“It’s so high. My hands are shaking. If I look down, I’ll fall!”

“Hic!” Elena was terrified as she climbed the tall gate, but her desire to escape and see her grandmother was stronger, so she kept climbing.

“Oh, half-human girl, what are you doing climbing my palace gate like a monkey?” Lucien’s calm yet oppressive voice startled her half to death.

Her eyes widened, and she swallowed hard.

“HUH?”

“Wh-why is he here?” Elena muttered. She couldn’t stop herself from looking down to confirm and indeed, Lucien was already below, standing firmly and staring at her sharply.

“Huh?”

“I’m dead!”

“My body won’t move. I can’t breathe!”

“What should I do? What should I do?” she muttered to herself.

Because of the shock and fear, her hands trembled even more, and her grip weakened.

As a result, Elena fell.

“Ahhh!”

She screamed softly. Falling from this height would surely kill her or leave her gravely injured.

She shut her eyes, but then...

Elena felt her body caught easily by someone. When she opened her eyes, she was shocked to see that she was being carried in Lucien’s arms.

“Oh no…” She immediately covered her mouth, seeing how furious Lucien looked.

Trembling in fear, Elena stood and followed his footsteps back to the pavilion. Throughout the walk, she could only fidget with her hands, unable to hold back her tears.

She knew Lucien would kill her tonight.

The afternoon sun looked magnificent in the sky as they walked through the garden behind the palace.

From a distance, Hasgard Golard could only watch, worried about what would happen between them.

After walking for a while, Lucien entered the luxurious pavilion and immediately sat on the bed. His sharp eyes fixed on Elena, who walked very slowly with her head lowered.

When Elena stood before him, her fear tightened around her throat. Her hands clenched in front of her, and her sobs made her look pitiful.

“Hm?!” Lucien smirked sharply, as if mocking her fear.

“Take off your dress in front of me, half-human girl, and entertain me before I kill you.”

The command made Elena choke. Her hands tightened, and she lifted her face.

Suddenly, Elena dropped to her knees, bowing her head and pleading before Lucien.

“Your Majesty, I know you will kill me tonight, but before that happens, please listen to my final request…”

“My grandmother lives alone near the forest in Blackthorn Pack. She must be looking for me now. She must be very worried…”

“Please tell my grandmother that she doesn’t need to search for me, so she doesn’t have to wait for me to come home…”

“Tell my grandmother I’m sorry I couldn’t take care of her. I’m sorry she was shunned by the entire Pack because of me…”

“Hh…” With no hope left, Elena slowly lifted her face. Her round hazel eyes stared at Lucien emptily.

Her tears were beautiful yet heartbreaking at the same time.

Seeing that, Lucien smirked.

“Heh.” He chuckled and ordered her to come closer.

“Come here. Sit on my lap. I will deliver your message if you can please me tonight…”

Elena knew that the only way to have her final request granted was to sacrifice her virginity to Lucien.

And she would do anything for her grandmother.

Desperately, she stood and stepped forward weakly. When she was within reach, Lucien couldn’t stop himself from pulling her onto his lap.

“HH!”

Lucien’s breathing grew heavy and hot. His brows furrowed as his arm wrapped around Elena’s waist.

Even before doing anything, just touching her waist sent a strange tremor through him.

His body burned with intense desire—an overwhelming urge he had never felt before.

With heated breaths, his large hand cupped Elena’s cheek. His fingers brushed her neck, and his thumb pressed against her sweet lips.

"Tonight I'm going to make you cry again my little kitten, cry because my dick is dominating your little hole down there! So get ready...” Lucien whispered as his thumb slipped into Elena’s mouth.
