Not kiss you today

Mark took his hand back and turned his head towards the other side to pick the bell. Lily was looking at Mark and leaned closer to kiss his cheek when at the right moment Mark turned back. Lily’s lips were landed on Mark’s lips.

Lily’s eyes grew big and she immediately leaned back. “S-sorry, I did not mean to do that. I wanted to peck your cheek n-not this,” Lily stated in an instant and rightly shut her eyes.

“What was that? My mind for the first time went blank when she kissed me. Although it was for a short moment but it felt very strange,” Mark thought and looked at Lily who was lightly hitting her lips with her palm for kissing Mark.

“It was my first kiss. How could I kiss him? Oh no, even if it was first I did not get enough taste of the first kiss. I destroyed it,” Lily internally told herself and continued hitting her lips when her wrist was grabbed by Mark and the next second she was pulled closer by Mark.
