CHAPTER 7

"Good fortune has been given, Goldenrod"

Red Catchfly Forest, Myrtle, 1902

"Run!  the sun is going down,

the gun reaches for the crown.

Two were shattered,

cowardness scattered."

"A rose I held,

as it upheld my heart.

Dear, we are being reduced

everyone is fleeing."

"The fondness needs to be protected

My dearest, we are affected.

Near the Hemlock approach,

they're not in their sincerest."

"Here came a Butterfly weed,

Let me go!

You pushed me aside,

you want me to abide."

"The bullet was released

pierced her to the core.

I mourned,

The flower is at rest."

Does this explain enough? the people, My family. My flower...

I was supposed to be the night and shining armor but, the flower couldn't bear to see me dead.

"Forgive the antagonist, Help, and pray for them to correct their wickedness."

"How could I forgive?

give me a reason.

They destroyed my family!

a man is devoid for mercy."

Tears feel like shards of glass as it retells the past.

Tear by tear, blood broke free from the face of the manOh, how bizarre!

I wasn't aware of the shards as they cut through me like the thorns of the rose. The man was probably hurt...

The past then retells its self again

Back through those years, a man runs cowardly. Well, that's what he thought...

"The man scuttled,

the grass sound is subtle.

Began the Red Catchfly

flowered in the distance."

"Bloomed the warmth,

an enchanter revealed!

saying its blessing,

Dressed you a Cornflower!"

"Come to the borders of Dill,

there you will meet your boon companion.

Must not tell his name

for I'm restricted."

"Sparkled the area

outshines the darkled forest.

Like a fern who is full of magic

We then chorused, tragic be gone!"

"Gold enlightens the area,

the old man gave an award

I was delighted,

I accept the reward."

"Must not forget!

I stopped.

She will indeed come back,

Surely they will come back."

"Will they indeed?" I asked, "Flowers do not resurrect unless they left an aspiration below."

"Thou shall not lose aspiration. Thou shall learn to flower a Chamomile!" he continued, "You lad, should learn Patience in Adversity and develop mercy to the wicked. Thereupon, they'll bloom again." He ended...

Their soul is saved inside the bottle...

...

Like he said, I escaped. He gave me protection from evil. My scent disappeared with no trace, they lost track of me and my footsteps.

I ran and ran as my satchel followed my rhythm.

Later on, I finally arrived. As I know it was hard but, I have to persuade myself to do it. I pulled a boat to my right as I went on and sat. I then rowed and rowed while the water swayed back and forth.

Like the song...

Row, row, row your boat

Gently down the stream

Merrily merrily, merrily, merrily

Life is but a dream

Is life indeed a dream? I guess it was before but now, it's a nightmare...

I know arrived in one of the states of Hawthorn and it is called, Dill. Like he said, "Come to the borders of Dill"

I went out of the boat as I approached the borders, "there you will meet your boon companion."

Boon companion? a Friend? maybe it is a fellow...

What is his name then? do I know him before?

"Must not tell his name

for I'm restricted."

Pebbles crunched as I walked across them. They were satisfying...

if only they could see-

"Their safe, they are safe..." I reassured myself. Oh, how I miss them. I didn't have time to mourn for the loss. The hectic event is the one to blame!

How wicked of them. How unfortunate of us!

Most protagonists gives a peaceful ambiance but, the antagonists gives a chaotic atmosphere

It's sometimes hard to accept though we know that, they came from a bad past...

But, that past can't be their excuse for they have a mind. Unless they have a penurious mind...

Oh, how sad for those poor souled people

...

Both of my feet walked turn by turn in front. I'm now in front of the borders of dill. It has been so long...

I looked around and found a rope at my left that connects to the bell inside the borders.

I proceeded to walk towards it and pulled it down with my hand.

A peal of ringing bells embraced the area. Ding-dong, Ding-dong

"Do you have a pass?!"

Someone asked. I guess it is one of the Border Guards, "Do you have a permit?!" the large gate then opened with a loud creak.

I was greeted by one of the Border Guards, "May I ask for your name-"

"Y-your Majesty. What brings you to the borders of Dill?" The Border Guard said while he bowed.

I raised my hand and shook it, "It is a very long story indeed."

He then nodded, "I'll escort you on one of the free chambers and fetch you some water and fresh clothes."

I followed him to the chambers. I've come across and met one of the guards inside the borders. They bowed and greeted me, "Your Majesty."

I'm still on aftershock. Adrenaline still surrounds me...

Emotions couldn't seep into me. I was resting inside my chambers when I heard a knock on my door.

I stood up and opened the door, "Who's there?"

Opened the door, a man was revealed, "May I introduce myself, Your Majesty."

"Of course. You may come in first."

"I'm Aciano. Major Aciano of the Border Secure of Dill-Hawthorn. I will be your guard from now on while you're in Dill."

I smiled as I replied, "Thank you. It is an honor for me to receive such wonderful hospitality from my hectic journey."

"Must not tell his name

for I'm restricted."

Is he the fellow? was he the boon companion that the Enchanter was talking about?

Who knows...

I'll just hope for the best through this journey. I'll wait and learn patience full of hope and trust in adversity.

This hardship will cost a beautiful outcome.
