With that I ended the call and dug my fingers through my hair.

"Any news about Tan? Sorry, Natasha?" I asked Ken who had just walked in.

"Man, how are you so sure that Tan and Nat are the same person?"

I handed him the letter. He pulled out out one of Tan's letters from his pockets and inspected it.

"Fuck it's the same."

"And then you said you saw your dead wife?"

"Life and direct, man. I know you wouldn't believe me but I'm sure she was the one I saw driving. I'd recognize Mira even from a glance away. So yeah, I know it's her. But then again, I'm not so sure."

"Exactly. You could be mistaken. But then again, I'm thinking you weren't."

"What do you mean by that?"

He handed me the file in his grasp.
