I turned softly on the bed with a light wince before batting my eyelash, trying to wake up fully.

“Good morning” I heard a voice and instantly recognized it to be that of June.

Weirdly, I felt at ease and a bit relieved.

“Do you need any help in getting up?” She asked softly and I nod my head in disapproval while I tried getting up.
