THROUGHOUT my way home, I felt terrible about abandoning Kacey. Maybe, she still wanted to be with me a little more. But I was not feeling well either. Rather than making the atmosphere even more uncomfortable for the two of us, I chose to leave.

Arriving at Great Goobank Street, suddenly, something caught my attention at the Grand Wahid Hotel. As it turned out, there were two police patrol cars with siren lights on silently.
