Chapter 14: Bruised by Rogues

"Vampire Diaries? You watch that?" Lila and Jenny both nod in excitement while she clicks on an episode. "Of course we do, we gotta see if Elena ends up with Damon in the end."

"Okay, good, I was about to say that l would have to leave if you weren't on Damon's side," I tell them with a chuckle as we all get comfortable to try and forget about all the horror that was happening outside involving our three boys.

After about two hours of watching the show with tons of conversations in between, Jenny lay on the floor along with Lila on a bunch of blankets to stretch out while I lay out on the couch.

"Oh, I've finished the show, but I rewatch now and again because of how amazing the plot is," I tell them.
