Though a little staggered, she appreciated the effort he put in emphasising his words, making it as dramatic as possible. It was the time of the month that she especially hated being locked away, yet ironically proceeded to hide away in her cell for as much as she could, which unfortunately wasn't as much as she'd like. The prison schedule wasn't very sympathetic to her situation. Usually her periods wouldn't be so terrible as they were usually predictable and manageable. But perhaps her recent stress and anxiety had caused a riot in her body because the pain was now excruciating. daisyHer dark brown hair fell down her back in shiny waves, covering the back of the bright orange jumpsuit Daisy was forced into. The metal cuffs were cold around her wrists and the chilly air made her shiver. Her uniform was several sizes too big for her so she turned the long sleeves into mittens, covering as much of her skin as she could past the cuffs. The pant legs were folded loosely but luckily her white trainers fit perfectly on her size 3 feet. Daisy spent most of the journey to the prison asleep, wanting nothing more than to wake up and realise it was all a terrible nightmare. She was occasionally woken by the driver's bad driving and the numerous bumps in the road. daisyThe walls shook with the sound of bell, waking Daisy from her sleep. During the night, she wasn't able to get much and if she did, it wasn't very deep so she woke up exhausted. She slowly sat up, remembering to bend her head so it didn't hit the top bunk, and groaned at the wet pillow, stained with tears. Her cheeks flushed in embarrassment at the thought of Owen hearing her cry throughout most of the night.Her cellmate was standing in the small area they had next to their beds, leaning against the wall and looking out of the bars as if he were waiting for something.
