Chap 60: That eerie feeling - Part1

Adele was going through the dark tunnel with Chris and Liam. They walked for a few hours and found a wall with a few markings on it.

" What language is this?" Liam asked.

" Nothing we know," Adele stated. " But these symbols look familiar; I saw them in the castle."

" Do you think it is of any importance?"

" I don't know," Adele said, staring at the circular symbol with three lines on it.

" Then let's keep moving," Liam said, and they walked away.

After a few hours, they found a ray of light entering the tunnel through the wall of rocks.

" I think that's the way out," Chris remarked.

He and Liam used their strength to move aside the rocks one by one, and finally, they had enough space to squeeze out.

As soon as they were out of the tunnel, their jaws dropped in surprise.

" Did we step out of the forest?" Adele wondered, seeing the small-sized huts in front of her.
