I was entering my twenty-eighth week, had been in the hospital for two months already, and I felt myself getting closer, but it was getting harder. My room was all decorated and I was receiving so many flowers that I started sharing them with other patients who were going through difficult times.

The days in the hospital passed more quickly because I was constantly receiving visitors. There was always someone from the nursing staff or another hospital employee who would stop by just to chat with me for a little bit. My friends continued their rotation schedule and there was always one or two or several with me, besides Catherine. Hannah spent more time in my room than working, and Fernando, oh, my prince, moved his office to a room next to mine and was always hovering near me.
