The night was long with less to no sleep. The morning lights penetrate inside the room erasing darkness.

On the couch, Adam waits for the girl who is in his bed to wake up from her unconsciousness. As per the doctor’s confirmation after eight hours she must wake up. He checked the wall clock.

Adam had slept for an hour or two as he wasn’t comfortable sleeping in the couch as he developed a habit of sleeping only in bed from some years. He could have booked another presidential suit for himself but for some unknown ominous reason he couldn’t make himself push off this room.

Some people who might not know him well enough would assume that he has humanity within him for whatever he did for this unknown girl like risking his own life to save someone drowning but the actual truth was that the only reason he did was because this incident shares resemblance with his past.
