Chapter 2

"ROOSE!" Nina screamed and I knew that if I didn't go downstairs now that she would definitely kill me.

"I'm coming to Miss. Nina." I yelled back, I took a shower and quickly got ready for the college graduation ceremony.

I made it downstairs just in time to meet Ria, who was picking me up in her car.

Ria is one of my best friends and I share everything with her, my emotions, my problems and difficulties, everything. She is just like my emotional wall."Hey Miss. Nina, how are you and where is Roose?" Ria asked, getting out of her car and looking at Miss. Nina. "Here I am, Ria." I said, smiling brightly at her.

"ROOSE! you are looking very beautiful, you don't know how crazy the boys are going to be over you. You know your simplicity makes them crazy." Ria said, looking me up and down.

"Miss Nina, do you know how many boys propose to her, but she breaks everyone's heart. Don't know which prince she is waiting to come and take her into his world." Ria said, smiling at Miss. Nina.

"He will come, just you wait and see." Miss. Nina replied, smiling back at Ria.

"Ok, are you both done?" I asked, turning to both of them. I wish they wouldn't talk about me as if I wasn't standing right next to them.

"Ria, you will meet him when he comes, now we are late for college and being late on the last day of college is not a good thing." I said, trying to pull Ria back to the car. "Yes, yes I'm going. There is a good way to end this, but you end the same thing every time. Whenever I say something about it. Roose you are so boring....let's chill baby. Enjoy life...make some boyfriend...." Ria said, but I quickly cut her off.

"Stop RIA don't start again ...I don't want to listen." I replied, not wanting to talk about it. "Bye Miss. Nina." Ria and I said in unison, waving at her and driving to the college. We had reached college and the whole hall was rammed full. "Look we are late Ria only because of your stupid talks." I snapped at Ria, she always seemed to make me late.  "Oho, don't worry the ceremony hasn't started yet." Ria said, just as Jack walked over to us, he is also my best friend.

"Why are you coming so late?" Jack said, interrupting our argument.

"Because of her." I said, pointing towards Ria.  "Not me Roose." Ria replied, pulling a face at me.

"Ok, ok please both of you stop. I'm not interested in why you are late ok." Jack said, trying to stop another argument breaking out.

"Ok Jack." Ria and I replied, both of us chuckling. Jack and Ria are the only one's at college that don't have a problem with the fact that I'm living with a prostitute in a red light area. Jack and Ria understand my problems.

"We were late but now tell me why this program has not started yet? What are we waiting for?" I asked Jack, surprised.

"We are waiting for our chief guest." Jack replied, shrugging his shoulders.

"Chief guest? Who is it?" I asked again, curious to know why we were having a chief guest.

"Hey, don't you know who our chief guest is? I mean seriously Roose" Jack said, while he and RIA looked at me in a very weird way.

"Roose really you are too much. He is a rising star of our country and is one of the major shareholders of our college.

And you know what? This is the first time he is coming to our college, but he is just attending our graduation ceremony. You don't know how big a businessman he is? He has invested in almost every field and everyone wants to work with him. All the politicians also know him." Jack said, explaining a little bit about this mystery man.

"All the work is done on his single gesture. And almost every day his interview is published in big magazines of the country.

His name rings in the whole city, everyone knows him and most importantly, he is just 24 years old, a young, smart and dashing man, girls are crazy for him. He was never seen with a girl, but wherever he is, every girl wants to be with him and he does not give emotion to anyone." Ria said, excitedly.

"I heard it is a bit moody and does not like to talk to everyone. He does everything according to himself. He speaks less and does not tell anyone about his personal life.

Nobody knows who is in his personal life with whom he lives, what he loves, what he does not like. People say that he is much deeper than we know him and that he is a mystery." Jack continued, but I still don't know the chief guest's name.

"Mystery or not, what should we do with that? If there is money, there will be pride and our own troubles do not end. What do we do in someone else's life?

I just want my life to be a bit relaxed, I don't want anything, but I do not mean that I have no interest. Tell me jack why you are doing his publicity?

Is he going to come now?" I said, but I must have been talking to Jack in a very rude way

"You will see who he is?" Jack replied, slightly snapping at me.

One thing is understood by Jack that whatever he is, he does not appreciate his time being wasted and we have already been waiting here for 2 hours.

"And you know what Jack, all the rich people are heartless and do not respect anyone's emotions. I see the marks on Nina's body when these rich men touch her and it's disgusting. At night, rich men become hungry wolves and they only want the body of women." I continued, both of them were listening to me and somewhere they knew that I was right.

We were just talking about it, when four or six cars came and parked outside and a lot of black commandos got out, taking their positions.

He made the entire auditorium a high security area.

"Look jack There is so much arrangement for just a single man. Do they think that we're terrorists, who are going to kill him?" I said, looking around at everything.

"It's not like that, Roose. They are doing it just for his safety. Do you know much money has been spent on him?" Jack said, trying to convince me that he is a good guy.

"Oh Jack, if there is so much concern then why has he come here? Why are you taking his side? Are you my friend or his?" I asked, glaring at Jack.

"I am not taking anyone's side. I'm with you. Now smile." Jack said, defending himself.

Everyone's eyes were on the gate and everyone wanted to see him, wanted to hear him and wanted to meet him.

"I don't mind. I don't care." I mumbled to myself. Yes, there was a little interest in knowing how he reached this point. How did he do everything at such a young age?
