I stuttered a bit before I replied because I really am not sure that I heard him right.

JACE I was desperately waiting for her reaction . Alec puts in the keys and starts the car heading out fast . There may be a few scouts following us . It's highly unlikely but possible that they went to her room , figured out she was gone and are now on the lookout . We should hurry out as soon as we can and leave for our destination .
