Kate’s POV

Now I realized that these flashes in my memory were not déjà vu moments but my past.

“Uncle, you don’t have to be. I was lost myself for years. I clearly forgot everything about my childhood, my parents or their friends. The only thing I remembered from my childhood is my name and that of my parents. Probably because the social worker kept emphasizing on their names: Kennedy Ahmed Omar and Collete Omar.”

I came to the realization that since I met Stanley and Emma I have always let my guards down around them maybe this was the reason.

Emma’s POV

I know Stanley will be as shocked as we are when he hears that Kate is our childhood playmate Zainab.

“What else do you remember?” I asked.

“Nothing else,” she answered. “ I have always been having these flashes of memory in my dreams, but I have never considered it part of my memory. This is the only moment I have been dreaming about for some time,” she explained.
