Emma’s POV
Smith is really a scary guy, I thought. He knew what he was doing, all of us were just pawns in his chessboard.
He knew about Kate and all, yet he made use of her situation.
Kate’s POV
“Smith is beyond evil.” Now that I think of it, he met me when I was still a teenager.
Having been through various foster homes, I was returned back to an orphanage when I was 14 years. Later, I finished high school and decided to leave the orphanage.

Kate’s POV I had a very beautiful night sleep. One could not imagine the kind of shock I passed through yesterday. I stretched myself on the bed, occasionally turning to my sides. Emma’s POV After meeting with Stanley and Emily, I bade my parents goodbye. I have to drop Kate off, it was already 8:30am. I quickly drove her back to Melissa’s house. Emma’s POV I was following the whole interrogation from outside the room. Kayla is doing a good work. I checked my watch it was 11:40am. I wanted to call Kate but I decided not to.
