Sammy dislodged her from him looking into his face. She read and understood the trueness of his emotions reflected on his face. Reaching out she brushed the grim line away from his mouth.

“At first his intent was menacing but then I learnt he was family.”

“Are you sure he is trustable, love?”

“You must ask Charlie since she married him. Where is my flaky cousin anyway? Come to think about it, where is your sister? It is not a good sign if they are both missing in action.” Her fear seemed gone now.

“Love, I don’t care where either of them are. You are most important. Will you be okay here for a while? I just want to step out for an hour or so?”

“Where are you going?
