Sammy looked at the group of people. She saw and felt the tension underline with aggression so thick she could barely breathe. She looked at them individually but it was Peter, tall looking powerful with warmth in his eyes when he looks at her that held her attention. There was something magically about his gaze.

“What is going on here?”

“I came from afar with a tale I want to tell you. Are you strong enough to listen?”

“Sammy you should rest. It was a long day.” Margie said.

“I am fine, I am just hungry.” She answered but kept her eyes on Peter.

“Sammy listened to your godmother. She knows what’s best for you.” Harold was gruff with insistence.

“But,”

“Harold is quiet right, Sammy.”

“I am curious now.”

“Don’t worry. I’ll tell you the tale tomorrow.”
