Jason helped me get to his car, leading me and supporting my steps until my body was rested on the front seat of his BMV. Drunk or not, I had to admit how impressive the lights in the fancy automobile seemed at nighttime. The smell of leather and a new car entertained my tipsy mind until Jason started the engine and drove off.

Jason began hastily moving his hand, and I placed my jacket in my lap in a futile try to hide what was going on. I bent my head in my back seat and closed my eyes. The Chef and the waiter moved nervously at their place, looking around to check how big of a scene I had managed to cause. Part of me was actually having fun with this play, but another was feeling sorry for them.“No, miss! Kindly, lower your voice. I am sure we can settle this,” Alex pleaded, but his eyes were throwing bolts of lightning my way.“I am not paying for this. My father is a renowned food critic. Alex’s eyes stared at my mobile, and it took me a while to find an answer. I was failing my challenge. Allura was slipping from my grasp, leaving only the messed-up Amy to inhabit my body.
