“ What? What did you say? ” Hardin shook his head, his heart pounding in his ears. He was wondering if what he heard was really what she spoke just now.“ I will stay. I said I wil-will stay. ” Sia immediately changed her statement, her cheeks starting to heat up.She had never said I love you to any man before and she felt like she did something out of the world just now. His shocked eyes were making her breath hitch.“ You said something else. ” Hardin's eyes darkened as a smirk tugged up at the corner of his lips.He knew that she confessed to him just now but changed her words instantly after that. She felt awkward but he would definitely hear it from her. AUTHOR'S POV Sia turned around in the bed, her eyes opening. She did not know when she fell asleep and woke up just now. Yawning, she focused on the figure laying just beside her with his arm draped over her waist protectively. Her hand reached out to brush off his bangs away from his eyes with her fingers gently as he sighed in his sleep. An unconscious smile was tugged up at the corners of Sia's lips. Her thumb slowly drew circles on his cheek with her eyes taking in the sight before her. She had never thought that it was possible for Hardin to love her. It all felt like a lie at first but the sincerity in his eyes and the determination in his voice drove all fear away. Now there was only him and there was only her. Nothing else mattered. Atleast she could try thinking like that but she still had a hard time adjusting to this new thing. She pushed herself off the bed as she grabbed her clothes to wear them.

Sia's hands shot up to her mouth to cover it as a gasp left her lips. Tears started streaming down her red cheeks. “ I wanted to prepare a grand proposal event something but I think this is the right time for this. ” He shrugged his right shoulder as he stared in his teary eyes hopefully. His heart was beating in his ears like a drum. This was the second time in his whole life that he was so nervous. In the name of jewelery, she was only wearing expensive black diamond earings and her usual black expensive watch.Her hairs were set in a ponytail and she was looking as etheral and perfect as she always did with her usual calm and composed demeanor.Her gaze shifted to Louis who was clearly scowling waiting patiently for her to say something. She was thinking of not answering him at all but then she decided to assure Louis as she was afraid his hairs are going to be grey soon with worrying so much,"It's alright Louis!...
