CHAYSE POV

My heart pounded wildly as I stood in my workout clothes, awaiting my turn up against the previous winner before intermission. So far, no one that I knew personally went up.

Right now a large man named Bruno was winning. His dark skin gleamed in the sunlight because of his sweat and I have to say, he was quite attractive.

Now the man nodded at me and I stepped into the arena, preparing myself for some big fight from this guy. The fight previous resulted in the man going to the hospital. Xander sat in a top seat, watching every move I did with intense anger. He thought I wasn't going through with it...
