"Good evening, sir .." I tried to maintain my posture but because of the nerve I'm feeling right now, I just couldn't.

Loren's father smiled and glanced at me gently, "Celine .. you can call me dad now, we've met before." He remarked and opened his arms, encouraging me to hug him.

I was surprised with the sudden gesture, but I couldn't be more glad that he actually acknowledges me until now. I smiled and hugged him before he looked down at my son who's tugging at the edge of my dress.

"My grandson,"

He smiled wider and crouched a bit to reach Cohen, "Such a handsome kid .. your parents did really good, huh."

I almost choked on my own saliva when I heard that and was accompanied by the old man's laughter. I looked at Loren behind Cohen who was just smiling and looking at his father. When he noticed that I was looking, he also turned to me and raised an eyebrow.
