The old house of Mr Murphy could be probably safe after the attack which actually led to the death of Natasha, but they didn't bother to go back there anymore. Freya was obviously afraid of the place, which was reason enough. Besides, it was vaguely possible that Joker and Casanova had already know that place and they must have positioned some of the hunting gang as watchdogs around the corner.
