 Chapter 4 : CHIT-CHAT 

"A young man actually took Arcane's place." I said with no emotion.

While tapping my fingers in the table I am in a serious situation now and all the family members are here.

 "I think it's Clark too" Said Hideo.

"Yes, maybe it's Clark." 

"No, Asher I think." 

They are all in this room exchanging opinions and answers.

 Clark and Asher are their target but maybe one of them is really the... but no. I turned to Keng where he was sitting and motioned me to speak as godfather to the family as well. 

"Keng said to me that time when we're all at the party of Asher, he thinks that none of those two can replace Arcane." I said. 

"If it's not Clark or Asher, then who?" Said Gethro a soldier of the family.

I cleared my throat and showed them the photo that Keng gave me. 

 All of them stared at the photo and stared and I think none of them even knew that person. 

"That guy did someone notice him?" I said. 

"Nope, I don't pay attention to him now. He didn't caught my eye." Hideo replied and took a photo.

"Keng captured that guy and he heard that this man in that photo will replace Arcane." I replied and I took a deep breath and I could see the seriousness on their faces. Keng is very good, he is the only one who is very diligent to find information on the enemy. 

"Arcane is terrible, he didn't lose like Regu, he had also picked someone that we don't know." Augustin said I picked up one of the photos and looked closely at the person in the photo.

 His looks are so familiar to me, wearing a very decent suit, a gray suit with a piercing on his ears and mouth.

 I also think we are the same age and his mask is the only problem here. I shift my position and take a deep breath.

 "Let's investigate this guy. I think they will make a move to defeat this family in advance thinking." I said. 

"Don't overthink like that Don Morfeo, maybe their new Godfather's behavior will be different." Said Gethro. 

"Gethro, Don Morfeo is right." Augustin said At that point, some agreed with him and some did not because in fact we should protect this family. 

Especially, Arcane has a bad plan for Regu and will take its wealth, Arcane tried and killed his own brother. 

We don't know that maybe the new Godfather is the same and doesn't agree with world peace, speaking of world peace that can be used as an excuse. 

Negotiations with the new Godfather of the Arcane family hmm...

 "I have an idea." I suddenly said then smirked 

 Everyone looked at me in that situation, they were really serious. I am the youngest and became the Godfather and I don't know if they can trust me because they might also want in my current position that they should be here and not me. For me too, I don't belong here.

 "What idea did you come up with Don Morfeo?" Keng said. 

"I want a world peace with our enemy, maybe it will work?" I replied Someone stood up and it's Gethro, it's not what I said. 

"No, that's a bad idea Don Morfeo, we've done that before and it was sloppy." Gethro said. 

"I agree." Shouts from someone who just entered the meeting area. She's a gorgeous woman and she's the same age as me and has a curvy body. Everyone turned to her, is she a model? 

"Sorry, I'm late, continue the conversation." She added She sat down and looked at the photo on the table.

"You're always late Havanna nothing new." Augustin replied. 

"Let's get back to the conversation." I said.

 They are too focused on Havanna speaking of that woman, she's suspicious for me.

 "That world peace, I think Don Morfeo, if we use them again, maybe there will be trouble?"

Now they're agreed to the statement that Hideo released but, I'm not and also Keng I think? 

"This person in the photo I was talking to at the party." Havanna grabbed my attention. 

While looking at the photo on the table, I see in her face that she's shocked.

 "You're at the party too Havanna?! You didn't even approach me, others!" Hideo replied and he frowned looking at Havanna who thinks he is younger than me. 

"Oh, Hideo? I stay away from you for my peace of mind." She said then rolled her eyes. 

"Even the death of Regu you didn't showed up Havanna." Keng replied. 

"Maybe because he doesn't care about daddy R!" Hideo said like he was going to kill Havanna. 

"Sh*t up Hideo!" They all scream here, are they really like this? That I will run out of patience.

 "Stop the chit-chat! who is that man Havanna?" I said Before she spoke, she looked at me like she's judging me, I hate being judged by someone. She is now holding the photo and it is very serious now and I see that there's a little smile formed on her lips.

 "I know it's him even though he's wearing a mask in the photo." He said. 

"Then? Who is that?" Gareth said that it will all be folded He chit-chats so much that he hasn't even put his words straight, D*mwil*t. 

"His the guy I slept with, I know it's him." She said with a little laugh. 

"You f*cking slept with someone?" Augustin replied liked his shocked and disappointed at the same time because of what Havanna said. 

"Uh...Yes?" She replied to Augustin. 

"You d*rty b*tch Havanna! When!?" Augustin stood up and burst his anger to Havanna but Gethro stopped him. 

What the f*ck is happening?!  

"It's a good thing and don't act like that, because? I saw his face? And I have his number." She said. 

"Haynako Havanna!" Hideo said with a disappointed tone on his voice.

"You don't need to know anymore, okay?" She said.

 "Just please Havanna and you too sh*t up and give to Don Morfeo the full details! Who is he and what is the connection between the two of you, what is it really happened?!" Keng said angrily, she glared at them and sipped his tea to relax his self after he said those words. 

While Havanna rolled her eyes and stood up, walked towards me and sat in the table. I stared at her with cold eyes of mine.

 "I'll give it to you but I don't trust you yet, that's why you must take my trust first."

 "Also, I didn't agree that this kid will replace Regu, seriously?! All of you! Are you crazy?!"

 She added, flipped her hair and walked away, What the f*ck?! 

"Ts... Havana!" Keng stood up and confronted her, he stopped her and Havanna just shook Keng's hand. All of them now are standing and also disappointed I feel that to them.

 "Regu chose that boy! So don't start a fight and show your respect to Regu." Keng said angrily that he was also shocked, the girl named Havanna really has no respect.

 "Let me go Keng and also all of you know that this is not right! but you still force yourself to accept it, goodbye." She said and left this room. 

Augustin and Gethro were also going to follow him but Keng signaled them not to.

 "Let her go Augustin and Gethro." Gareth said.

"That woman is so ridiculous! So what now Keng?" Hideo asked.

 "Let's make a move, we will get our own information about that man, let's use the world peace that Don Morfeo says again." Keng said and took a deep breath before looking at me. 

"Then if it's sloppy let's move to plan b and now everything is in Don Morfeo's hands let's trust him." He added and everyone looked at us Don't worry I won't let you down and Regu, I can handle this. 

Whoever is the new Godfather in the other group, no matter what happens, I will not let anyone else die in this battle. Maybe tho I can do the world peace plan or the plan b hmm...

 "Okay, Don Morfeo I will trust you." Augustin replied. 

"For this family and daddy Regu!" Hideo said and spilled a wine in the glass. 

"Let's toast for this and let's have a party if there is world peace!" He added that it's more fun than all of us who are very serious. 

"Don't be shy Hideo" replied Gethro, Ts...I know this guy I don't trust him but I don't give a damn. 

"Don't be a kill joy Gethro!" Hideo said and raised his glass. 

"Stop it Hideo." Gareth said sparingly. 

"Don't celebrate too early, we don't know if it will be successful and I'm gotta go Don Morfeo." Augustin said and walked out leaving only the five of us in this room. 

Next came Gareth and Gethro. "Hey! Guy's come on don't be a kill joy!" It came to me at the same time as it was walking and gave me a glass, I reached for it to pay respect and as a godfather. 

"Drink it Daddy Morfeo, don't kill joy like them." He said with a wide smile on her lips, This weird man. 

"Don't call me like that" I replied Even if I don't use my real name, it's embarrassing for me to be called that, Damn it!

 "Also, don't blush Daddy Morfeo." He added and made a toast with me while drinking his wine Is he teasing me? Is this Hideo gay? I stared at Keng who shook his head and everyone started laughing, seriously?!

 "Come on Hideo don't bother Don Morfeo." Keng said and laughed while pulling Hideo out.

 "I'm not teasing him! Daddy Morfeo! Help!" He shouted from outside and now I'm the only one left in this room. 

I looked at the glass of wine and at the same time I burst into tears. I don't know who Havanna really is in this family and another one I think I can trust Augustin and Hideo a little bit. Now my mission is to find out who's the Godfather of the Arcane family and make world peace with them if it doesn't work and they start a fight then I'll give it to them.

But I'm also nervous and don't know what to do but also I'll stand my ground because Regu entrusted me with this. 

"Alright, Zaki D' calm down, you can do it." I said to cheer up my self because shit. I'm just a pilot and I didn't really ask for this to happen in my life, I just said that it was too boring why would I be given a big obligation, D*mn.

 "Alright you are Don Morfeo now Zak so let's go with the flow." I took a deep breath and walked out of this room My phone suddenly rang and I answered it. 

"Kuya Zak, how are you! I need your help. Let's meet, aren't you busy?" It's laura my friend what does it want?

 "I'm in another country right now, Laura, what's the problem?" I replied and she suddenly screamed at that time as if I was going to be deaf, why she's always liked that? I moved the phone away from my ear. 

"We see you again! Ahhhh!!" She replied. 

"Please lower your voice." I said with an irritated voice and walked into my room. 

"Come home to the Philippines! Help me please Kuya Zak! Only you can really help me because Mio is so busy right now." He said. 

Hey, I can't help this child especially since I have an obligation here. I turned the door and entered my room and laid down and threw the phone on the bed.

 "I can't help you now Laura." I said.

 "Where are you now, Kuya Zak? I really don't know what to do, especially when he calls my name, my heart feels like it's going to explode! I can't breathe!" She shouted those words on the phone, yes she is like that and she is even more intense in person! I want a break but not too boring just a break.

"When I get back to the Philippines, Laura, I'll help you, I promise, but for now I'm busy and I can't help you. But just do what you used to do with him, okay? Besides, bye, my boss is here." I replied with a sigh.

 "Okay! Thanks Kuya Zak I'll wait for you, Bye!" She said then hung up I lied again and again so I can make excuses for him next time. 

The effect on Laura is really different from that love. Speaking of love, I'm suddenly remember about Aelin, why is she here in Italy? When will we're going to meet again? I wanted to meet her with no heartache and full of confidence...
