Samantha Red's POV
Currently, we're heading to the nearest mall here, we're escorted by two SUVs for safety. The scenery beside the road was breathtaking until I heard several gunshots that awakened my peaceful self. Fear rapidly emerged in me. I hate it, the sounds of it makes me feel my memories pain.
"Master, a black van is trying to harm us," Shadow, our driver, alerted.
The gunshots were continuous, the three cars were trying to guard us, they're blocking the car. My hands started quivering as I look back but Arrow pulled me and caged me into his arms.
"I want you to close your eyes and never mind what is happening," he uttered tightening the hug.
I closed my eyes holding unto his suit tightly. He's the only one who could keep me safe right now, for now, but not forever.
