The howl of an enraged wolf broke Ray out of his shocked state. He looked up to see Dallas in shifted form rushing towards one of the pack houses. Ray’s heart lurched when he noticed that the house was already on fire. But what really alarmed him was the sound of a small pup crying for her mother. Gabriel stood on the training field watching the warriors train, or at least that is what he was supposed to be doing. In truth, his mind was elsewhere. He had been suspicious when his sister had told him that she had an appointment to go to, but he never suspected that she was running off to have a secret mating ceremony. The four large male dragons circled the area a few more times before making their descent. The pack watched in awe as the four slowly made their way down, shifting to human right before hitting the ground. They stood silently staring at Leah, neither them nor she saying a word. Ray studied the four males thoughtfully, wondering who they were. Three of them were tall, with blond hair and grey eyes. They looked so alike that they could have been triplets. The fourth one, however, was slightly taller than the rest, with red hair and grey eyes. Ray paused for a moment. While the first three males looked different, the fourth one looked an awful lot like Leah. Ray sighed in relief.
