Chapter 12 - The Decision

That evening, after arriving home, Miyuki regretted doubting Aoi and his intentions. After all, she could feel the structure of his aura, right? It radiated honesty, as did his face, eyes, or tone of voice. What else did she needed to believe him? Kai had planted that seed of uncertainty in her, by scaring with tales of vampires who only cared for wizards' blood to gain power.
