Chapter 15 - Three Hearts In The Darkness
Throughout January and mid-February, Miyuki had loads of messages and missed calls from Aoi. Her heart ached, but she had no intention of talking to him, for it hurt even more to be treated by two brothers as some sort of trophy intended to give one of them victory over the other. Of course, Kai also tried to call her and even came to the bar several times, but then Miyuki was hiding in the back room and Yumiko was helping her without hesitation. Of course, Yumiko knew the story, stripped of some fantastic elements, of how Kai Ichatashiko made a bet with his friends that he would pick up Miyuki, which of course surprised Yumiko a lot and made her very angry at the same time, that's why she gladly told Kai, when he came to the bar, that Miyuki was not there and that he should leave her alone if didn't wanted to deal with Yumiko's anger.

In the following months of 2020, there was still harmony between the creatures of light and darkness. The news of the new sorceress, who had taken the position of defender of this harmony, spread with lightning speed, and soon Miyuki's fame and of her mighty magical power made every being, both good and evil, respectful, and no major conflicts were even thought about, at least for now. But Miyuki felt every day that wielding this enormous power caused her less and less trouble, so she was ready for any circumstance that might happen in the future. She felt more and more that was finally in her place, one where she was fully suited for and which was truly written to her. Miyuki also felt that her grandmother sorceress was watching over her, as well as her parents, even though neither of them had magical powers. Miyuki, however, could sense their auras often somewhere nearby, meaning that their souls would visit her sometimes even though she couldn't see them, as sometimes saw Grandma

And this is how the last story about Light and Darkness that I wanted to present to you ends. It was certainly an extraordinary journey, showing different stories, but at the same time touching the same topic - can two such opposing poles as Light and Darkness connect at some point? I'll leave it to your own choice, but one thing is for sure - as Miyuki said in Book 4, wanting to stop the battle between vampires and wizards - Light and Darkness certainly couldn't exist without each other. If there was only Light but no Darkness, what would be its meaning? Likewise, if there was only Darkness in the world, wouldn't its existence be pointless without trying to "devour" the Light?I think most of us will agree and love both our light and dark sides, because we, as humans, have both of these elements - Light and Darkness.
