"Vittoria!" Yara called out once more, and a suspicious smile appeared on her lips. "What are you doing here huh?" she asked as she stood in front of me and smiled wider.

Roman shook hands with Zaed and exchanged pleasantries.

"I don't know, heard grocery prices here are pretty much decent," I replied in a sarcastic tone rolling my eyes at her.

She gave me a pitiful look and then focused her gaze on Roman, "How do you cope with your Lilith babydoll, she tries too hard."

I heard Roman chuckle and draw me closer to himself, something he's been doing practically all night. "She's cute though so it kind of cancels every other thing. Plus that was actually kind of funny."

I smirked and folded my arms then stuck out my tongue at her.

"You're so lucky he's so much in love," Yara said to me, tucking strands of hair behind her ear.

"Didn't know you knew Will," Roman said to Zaed which made him shrug.

"Eh... Hasn't been long since we got acquainted. But here's fire to be honest."
