Lilith POV
“I don't know what happened, I poured myself some water and the next thing I remember is hearing the shattering of broken glass and my hand— I don't know what happened, Mel,” I explained.
She knelt before me, wrapping my wounded hand with a brown, stretchy bandage, but she didn't respond, I don't think she hasn't been listening to this whole time,
“Hey, are you ok?”
“Oh sorry, I kind of zoned out a bit, What were you saying,” She chuckled.
But her laugh came out pretentious, and I could easily tell,
“Mel... Please don't shut me out, Tell me what's wrong.”
Again, she didn't respond, she got up and started to pack away the first aid kit, ignoring my question, not meeting my gaze,
“Nothing is wrong Lil, I am fine.”
Taking the yield of the first aid kit, she walked away, probably back to the bathroom, where she kept it
