Damon POV
We continued our journey in silence as nightfall approaches, Lilith, and I was ahead of Stefan, who was carrying the bag and also reading through the book of prophecies,
“Guys... It says here that will be a time when it's going to rain blood,” Stefan cried out behind us, “I hope that is after we get old and die, I don't know about you guys but I have had enough of this heroic stuff, our kids should take over,”
“We are demons brother, we don't get old and die, ninety-nine percent of the time our kind is assassinated,” I yelled back at him,
“But still... Raining blood? Isn't that a bit excessive?”
“I think it's speaking metaphorically, it's portraying a war,” Lilith shout back at Stefan,
“You may have a point,” Stefan agreed
It's the first time since Lilith spoke since we go out of the fields of punishment,

Lilith POVFinally, the train came to a stop, and the passengers began to hassle their way through the door. The journey from my hometown into the city was a long one. Though the heat baked me through its fury, it was somewhat peaceful, just like home. I watched the dancing trees, Women, and children in cornfields enjoying summer.
