In the morning, Luis and Lily made a trip to the courthouse. He was successful with his appeal and managed to push the execution back by a month. He met Nora and they spoke at length. He recorded their entire conversation. He requested the case files and went through the accompanying evidence gathered. He saw the video from the house surveillance. Derrick left home for his mum's office after exchanging greetings with his dad and having breakfast together with the family. He recalls what his mum told him before he left home "Go to my office. Lily hit Derrick's head with the bedside lamp sending him into a state of unconsciousness. This action triggered a memory recollection for Derrick from his childhood. Luis arrives in Venice. It was 2.30 a.m. by the time he checked into his hotel. He sent Lily a message thinking she might be sleeping and he didn't want to disturb her. With a smile plastered on his face after sending Lily the message, he went to sleep. It was 7 in the morning, and he had his breakfast at the hotel's restaurant and set off to the location of Nora's house. He sat in the car watching the apartment from across the streets. There was a for sale sign put up in front of the apartment. He finally got down and went inside the coffee shop close to where he parked the car. There were just three people in the shop and a lady was at the counter. He went to the counter and placed an order. After ordering a coffee latte, he enquires about the house with the for sale sign across the street from the lady at the counter. "You interested in buying?" asked the lady "I may if the price is right" Luis replied. "I am Mirenda" Luis shook her hand. "You do look familiar," Mirenda said
Lily Shawn Chapter 27: Venice City Day 2
Luis is in Venice city to start his investigation to reveal the actual killer of Mr. Adams Shawn. He did confirm however after he was drugged, that the killer of Mr Adam Shawn was truly in Venice city and was also aware of Luis's presence there. He decided to use a different strategy to uncover the truth and catch the actual criminal unaware. "This criminal must be watching me now," Luis thought. James's daughter arrives at the hotel Luis was lodging with a bag at 10 am. She called Luis and soon used the elevator to Luis's room. 15 minutes later, she exited the hotel without the bag, entered her ride and drove off. She returned to the hotel at 4 pm holding a package of food. She went inside the hotel and was there for half an hour and exited the hotel. In the hotel room, Luis turned on his laptop and using encryption mode started chatting with James. He sent multiple files and images over to James. "How did the interrogation go with Mirenda and the two people caught at the shop?"

Sheila and her mum were arrested in Milan and sent to Venice police station. They have already been slapped with so many charges due to the shooting and killing of 3 officers in Milan.
