I stared at the door for a few seconds until it swung open with a loud bang.

I opened my eyes in surprise when I saw James stop in the door frame with his typical mocking expression.

However all my attention was on his muscular body wearing nothing but black boxers and a fancy watch in his right hand.

I swallowed dryly before shaking my head and returning to reality.

"Will you stand there like an idiot or will you do your job?" He suddenly hinted as he moved to the side to let me pass.

I sighed deeply and poked my head into the room to scan. Fuck, James was keeping everything the way I remembered it. There was even the same thick layer of dirt under the bed.

"Don't they ever clean this room?" I asked, wrinkling my nose at the dust.

"Seems like a long time ago" James replied with his eyes full of amusement.

As he spoke I took a step into the room and put down the cleaning supplies, however I could feel the large powerful presence of James standing right behind me.

Not caring I just smiled forcedly and began to pick up the clothes that were strewn all over the floor of the room.

I couldn't help but feel disgusted and embarrassed at the same time. I had to pick up even his dirty boxers from the floor.

"Can you give me some room?" I asked when I turned around and saw him standing very close to me.

However, by the time I turned around, James was lying on top of his shirt with one leg in a V and one leg stretched out. His muscular body looked perfectly fine on the black sheets. After all, all three of them had pale skin that made them noticeable wherever they were.

Suddenly my eyes roamed over the framed V of his groin, while his hard abdomen and tight boxers made a thousand impure thoughts run through my mind.

At that, I quickly shook my head and looked away. But just at that moment, James' voice was heard.

"Would you like to join me here, little slut?"

When I heard him say that, a smirk left my lips "You're an idiot. Don't you have Alpha things to do?""

He arched his eyebrows and placed his hands behind his head "Not at all. I'm staying right here"

I rolled my eyes and sighed angrily. That idiot really wanted to give me a hard time.

Without giving it a second thought, I continued cleaning and taking dirty dishes out of James' room, however, James didn't miss a single opportunity to make a pass at me.

I kept looking at the time to finish with this horrible place, until finally 30 minutes passed and the room was perfectly spotless.

"Where are the comforters?" I asked.

The only thing left to do was to put down clean comforters and get out of that hellish place. But, as soon as I asked that question James sat on the edge of the bed with an amused expression.

"The comforters are in the blue drawer" he said without taking his eyes off me.

At first I didn't understand his expression, until I opened the closet and noticed that the blue drawer was in the bottom of the closet.

I sighed and walked to the closet, however at that very moment, James comes running out of his bed and stops in front of me.

"Let me" he said he opened up between the hanging clothes to make room for me.

As soon as I saw him I felt a shiver run from my feet to my head. Of all the brothers, James was the most resourceful.

I began to sweat and panic was eating away at me. I tried to back up to get away, but I feel James behind me.

"Remember the summer before last?" James hinted with a huge grin on his face "I told you that you were forbidden to come in here" he added.

"What are you talking about?" I asked nervously.

"Come on Vanessa, you disobeyed me" he insinuated placing his hands on my shoulders.

His warm touch didn't calm me down, on the contrary, a nervous tingle was about to burst inside me.

"James I..."

Before I could finish speaking, James pushed me towards the back of the closet and forcefully closed the closet door behind me.

The sound of the lock made my eyes widen like two saucers. Everything was in complete darkness.

"James, please. Let me out. I... I hate the dark" I said trying to stay calm.

But, despite my pleas, all I heard in response was a couple of mocking chuckles. "I think you'll get used to it soon"

"James! It's not funny! Please! " I say again in an altered voice.

The giggles disappeared and an eerie silence suddenly appeared. I felt my skin crawling, the walls of the closet were getting smaller and smaller. My breathing was becoming agitated and I couldn't even hear anyone outside the closet anymore.

It was obvious that James had left me there, with darkness all around me.

I began to desperately scream for help, but after several minutes no one responded.

I felt like I was drowning and slid to the floor. I could feel my tears sliding down my cheeks, while my heart was beating fast.

I hated this, I hated being locked up, I hated the darkness and most of all I hated those damn triplets.
