Chapter 21: When kids get in between

I was sprinting towards the library, it was on the south end of the school, and it seemed like I needed forever to get there.

As I was approaching the Library I could see a group of children gather around, I guess the classes started and that is why the group was not big. When I heard Darren, I lost it. Some kids saw me and just moved. Luckily Darren did not see me and as I was running I just tackled him and started hitting. I throw a couple of punches before I felt Lilly's hand on me and through all the anger boiling in my head, I heard her voice, begging me to stop. She was pulling me and I had to stop. I dropped my hands and turned to her, she was crying and I am guessing it is because of me and I know Darren is unconscious, if my weak hit in the cafeteria knocked him out, this would get him to the hospital. That is good, maybe he will get it now, not to mess with my friends or Lilly.
