Distraction

"Hi, everything okay?" Adrian asked Leah, who was lost in thought while drying her hair. Leah turned off the hairdryer, then looked up to glare at Adrian, "I'm worried about tomorrow's trial, do you think Jerome will evade all charges?" asked Leah with a slightly worried face.

Adrian smiled, his hand reaching out to brush Leah's hair and tucking it behind her ear. "The evidence we have is more than enough Leah, don't worry, even if Jerome bribes the court, he won't be able to do much."

Adrian's answer made Leah exhale calmly. Even though Adrian and Donna have repeatedly told her to calm down in the face of trial, Leah was still nervous and always frightened.
