He who does not hear the advice of the wise one is bound to perish and perish forever. Forever in the sense of facing the most believed last stage of life which is death. There is a lot you can hide but not death at least for a sickness you visit a foreign hospital, country, or even continent to hide your situations but when it comes to death there is little you can hide, you just go. They argue and advise that do good while you still live as people will judge you and your name by the deads of your days on Earth.

I believe doing good entails being able to understand and acknowledge what is good for you and others. The condition is not applicable in partiality unless otherwise.
