CHAPTER 6

Amethyst's P.O.V.

I slowly open my eyes and a white ceiling is what I saw first. I even blinked few times so that I can pull myself together.

Turning to my right side, I saw my mom leaning over my bed and sleeping.

"Wait, where am I? Am I in the hospital?" I asked myself.

"Mama," I called my mom softly and held her hand.

She immediately looked at me.

"Honey, thank God that you're awake," mama said happily to me and even held my arm.

I didn't response as I don't know what to say.

"I'll just call the doctor in a minute," mom said goodbye to me and I just nodded.

"All right, just a moment," she added and smiled at me sparingly and then left the room.

I looked around and it was only then that I noticed that I was the only one here in the relatively large room.

'Wait a minute? Is this a private hospital that's why I have my own room? ' I asked myself.
