I think I'm crazy. I am already in L.A., but my brain seems to have been left in the Philippines. She was the only one at home. What if she was rushed to the hospital again? What if something bad happened to her?

"Li, just call her already. II think you're crazy to keep on looking at your wife's number." Ashtid said while smoking a cigarette. I sighed and called Cassandra, but my forehead furrowed when I couldn't contact her.

"Perhaps you don't consider returning to the Philippines because you can't call her, don't you?"
