Athena's POV
''Welcome to Rome.'' One of the stewardess starts to say once we get down from the private jet. I smile at her and she returns it warmly. Alex has step down from the stairs earlier than me—leaving me behind.
Athena's POVMy revenge on Joanna. That's a start. Well, I didn't really do much to her; only a few damaging here and there like her career and her reputation as Published director. I have managed to reveal her deepest secret which is by letting everyone know that everything she says in the papers, online or even in those magazines are fake. Yup, fake. Athena's POVI don't even know where I'm heading right now—I don't even know what I'm thinking. My heart continues to hurt; somehow begging me to stop walking and just walk back toward him. But why should I? Shouldn't him?I feel someone pulling my arm and as soon as I turn around, Alex pulls me closer—trying to stop me from walking any further but I act as stubborn as I always have; by pulling my arm away from him.

Athena's POVI stare at him. Stare as he focuses on his phone; knowing that he might not possibly notice me staring but I was wrong, I have always been wrong. He notices everything.Almosteverything. My lips curve up into a smile when I see him glancing my way.
Athena's POVAlex covers my eyes with his hand; not letting me see through anything. I hold onto one of his fingers, trying to peek but he continues to lead me the way by walking behind me—more like I'm leading the way. Feels like a blind person leading a fully-functional person. ''No peeking, princess.'' He says, making me drop both of my hands to my side, sighing.
