Chapter 32: Ivor's Apologize

Ivor was angry at my attitude. But he said nothing, he didn’t yell; he didn’t threaten; he looked me in the eye.

I was attracted to those glamorous eyes and was completely conquered.

I looked him in the eye, panting. I was sure it was too easy for Ivor to realize that I would obey him through my eyes.

I hurriedly looked the other way, coldly saying, “I want to get out of the car, I can go back to the hotel on my own.–And, let go of my wrists.”

Ivor let go of my wrist, but did not allow me to get out of the car. He said, “You’re going back to the hotel with me.”

I smirked, ironically said, “You have no right to force me to do what I want. LET ME OUT OF THIS CAR!”

Ivor sighed, “Lia.”

“What?” I asked with an unfriendly attitude.

Ivor smirked, giving me an arrogant look, “You can’t make anyone make your request if you don’t dare look them in the eye when you’re making your request to them.”

I looked at Ivor, surprised, “What do you mean?”
