I swallow hard. I hadn't even thought of how Kane and my sleeping arrangement may have looked to onlookers… specifically my mate.

More people were added to the patrols and they were more vigorously checked up on, the only explanation to the pack for these changes being the upcoming wedding. On the wedding front, things seemed to be going smoothly - at least from the outside.
