At midnight, when Angela was resting on the couch. Eric finally opened his eyes with headache and body pain. At first, his vision was blurred but after adjusting to the dim lighting. He glanced at the surroundings with a strange gaze to guess he was in the hospital and lying on the bed, covered with some machine while he got an oxygen mask on for breathing.
