JEFFREY

I sat at the lounge, watching the clock tick slowly toward eleven. The TV was on, but muted. My laptop sat untouched on the table in front of me, its screen dimmed because I had not touched it in a while.

I had tried calling Ronald at least seven times now, both on his personal line and on the office landline. But no response.

He had told me he'd be home soon. That was around seven-thirty.

I had left the office a bit earlier and he’d stayed back to handle some contract reviews, or so he said. I didn’t think much of it. He had sent me a text that said, “I’ll be home in a bit. Order dinner if you’re hungry.”

That was hours ago.

Now my chest was tight with something between irritation and worry.

I stood up again, pacing back and forth in the living room. My bare feet padded quietly against the floor as I turned toward the window for what felt like the hundredth time. My phone was still clutched in my hand, and every time I glanced at it, there wasn't a single notification.

RONALD The office was growing quieter by the minute, the kind of silence that settled over the building when the sun started setting and the staff were gradually exiting the building.I sat behind my desk, my fingers tapped gently on the handle of my chair, as I fixed my eyes on the city skyline just beyond the glass. My jacket was already off, and my sleeves rolled up. Still, I felt caged in.A soft knock broke through the silence.“Come in,” I said without looking. My secretary stepped in, her voice professional as usual. “Sir, is there anything else you need before I head out?”I leaned back slightly and turned to her. “The reports from this morning’s meetings?”“I uploaded them to your drive about ten minutes ago. All labeled,” she said.I gave a short nod. “Good. And the lawyer?”“Yes, sir. He confirmed. You’re meeting with him tomorrow afternoon. One o’clock.”I exhaled through my nose. “Alright. You may take your leave for the day.”She lingered just a second longer, like she

THIRD PERSON POV Kyla sat cross-legged on her worktable, a focused calm settled over her features as her fingers moved with delicate precision, unscrewing the tiny shell of the GSM bug she had found earlier. One by one, she separated its components, the mic, transmitter, battery, each piece treated with care as though it were a patient on her operating table. The room was quiet, apart from the voice playing softly through her earpiece. Scar’s recorded instructions. She had listened to them over five times now, and still, she hit play again."You’ll be there by 11 p.m. sharp. Do not be late."Kyla reached for her soldering pen and dislodged another chip, her mind already rehearsing the night’s choreography."From 11:30 to 11:35, the hacker will breach the system remotely. All cameras, motion sensors, and alarms will be disabled. You’ll have exactly five minutes to get in, locate the stamp, and get out."She slid another panel away from the bug’s tiny frame. Scar’s voice was cold, dire

KYLAI dropped my bag on the sofa the moment I stepped into my living room from work. My mind was already racing. Since I had left Connor's place I couldn’t stop thinking about the things he had said.I started pacing back and forth, my heels clicking against the tiled floor. All the time I met with Scar, I had made sure that Connor wouldn’t be able to reach me. I was always careful. And Scar usually called when I was already at work. That was the pattern. But then, my steps froze. I remembered. I had called him once while I was home. It was just one time and Connor wasn’t around at the time. But he had been around the night before. He had planned a romantic dinner. And was in the house a while before I got in.I spun around sharply.“Fuck!” I shouted, already moving. My eyes scanned the lounge. I dropped to a crouch, checking the corners, around the sofas and under, behind the flower vase stand, then the bookshelf.Had he planted something?Could he have been listening? My breath c

JEFFREY“What's wrong?” Collins asked, cocking his head slightly. “You are expecting someone else? You don't seem so pleased to see me.”I leaned back slightly on the edge of the desk, arms crossing slowly. “What are you doing here, Collins?”He raised a brow, in amusement. “I thought you wouldn't show your face here again. Not after everything. But I guess you don't listen.”A humorless smile tugged at my lips. “You’re right, I don’t. Especially not to people whose opinions don’t matter.” I tilted my head, letting the edge show in my voice. “Ronald wants me here. That’s all that matters. Whatever anyone else thinks? Not my problem.”Collins’ expression didn’t shift, but something subtle flickered in his eyes. He smiled.“Mm.” He took a step closer, slow and measured. “You shouldn’t worry. You’ll learn the hard way, and soon enough that he is not someone you can handle.”I blinked. “What the hell is that? I think we handle ourselves well.”“Ohh.. you just trust me.” His voice dropped

RONALD It started in the dark. As breathless gasps echoed from somewhere close. The light was on him, dressed in only a red strap that went around his neck, down in between his chest and around his gloriously hard dick. He spread himself on the table, moving his waist to the slow sound of a distant violin. He arched his back seductively and licked his lips at me. “Do you dare?” Fuck. I tried to grab him but he suddenly vanished. I heard a little “tsk tsk tsk” from behind me. I turned to see him stripping down a pole. He spread his legs for me and said, “too slow love.” I gasped, my dick straining hard in between my legs. He went on his knees and crawled towards me. He started kissing me, all the way up my thighs. His soft lips touched the tip of my dick, and wrapped his mouth around it, his tongue swirling and pulling me further in. I moaned. I wanted it deeper, but as soon as I touched his hair he faded. A loud groan escaped from my throats. What was he doing
