“The road to your village is bad o,” Kwame added as he drove. 

“The government promised to fix it and it's still the same it has even worsened due to heavy rains,” Akosua explained.

Akosua was an Akyem, from Kukurantumi, in the eastern region of Ghana. She was going to introduce Kwame to her family and then there decide on when he could come for the marriage list for her traditional wedding.
