“I’ll walk you up to your floor.” Jacob offered and I didn’t protest since I have a feeling he also want to see Jupiter before saying good bye.
We arrived back at the city nearly one in the morning. He’s been really nice to me during our trip and he indulged me in his little backstory about Jupiter and their crazy escapades back in college. I was so entertained listening to him. I had a good and fun time learning more things about Jupiter.
We strutted the building’s lobby and headed towards the elevator. It’s headed back to the ground floor so I didn’t bother pressing on the button. I just waited for the door to open up and unload its current passenger. Jacob was silent behind me.
