Chapter Seven

The best friends

"It's time to eat now, baby girl", Lucy said while she was taking the glass away from Theodora. Theodora was drinking the wine, glass after glass until Lucy had to intervene. She was not a drinking type though. She was that kind of girl who would drink her juice instead, even in big parties. But now Lucy had insisted she should take a sip. "I'm not an alcoholic but this wine of yours has that thing", she said gobbling another glass. "Yeah! Wine is a good combination of joyful moments and good food. You should try it more often. It's good even for your heart. Just one glass a day will make a cardiologist far from you. I learnt that somewhere". Lucy said bursting out laughing. Theodora burst out laughing as well and there was a splash of wine that was sprinkled all over the table  while she was laughing. Lucy shyed away as she felt a bit of awkwardness. She smiled and gave herself a silent congratulatory remark. "Not a bad job you are doing there
