CHAPTER FIFTY ONE.

Lucan could feel the presence around him, it was neither friend nor enemy but he knew they were around after all he was in their territory.

" Who are you?" A voice asked behind him and he quickly turned, all he could see was a great sea of trees behind him but he knew they were there, all watching and waiting like lions waiting for their prey. They were waiting for him to make a single mistake.

"I come in peace" he replied, his eyes darting from one tree to another. Then he heard something like a whizzing sound and he quickly caught the arrow that was coming in his direction. That was when he finally saw them advancing towards him.

" I can see you have your strengths" the one who seemed to be the leader of the group said, he was not taller than Lucan but he looked more terrifying.

" I can't come to my pack unprepared" he added as he studied all of them standing in front of him, they all looked terrifying but he wasn't in the least scared of them, at least he knew he was stronger and f
