Arina's POV

I woke up and I realised that I am in my bed. When did I get in bed? Last I remember I had a really late night surgery in a small village and then I can't remember anything... wait I remember I was driving really late and ... that's it. I must have driven to home really late.

Suddenly my hand went to my cheeks and it was wet... I collected and it was one tear near my eye. I kept looking at the tear... did I cry in my sleep? But as I kept looking at the tear and I was feeling something really weird in my heart.

And then something really weird happened... I heard some whispers in my head...

"Good bye Angel... always keep smiling. Because there is a man in this world who is alive just by remembering your smile... good bye... My Breathe!"

I heard it in my mind and I gasped. What is it? Who was that? It sounded like a man's voice. What is this? I jerked my head few times... am I going crazy? I looked at the clock and realised that I am late. I quickly woke up and took a shower
