CHAPTER CCLXXXIX: HORSEBACK RIDING

Angela's POV

We arrived in a vineyard that's just about 12 kilometers from Lucifer's mansion. It was beautiful, with all the plantations and the horses were peeking from the stables, staring at us. It was already six in the afternoon and so the sun was setting, casting shadows across the ground. "Are you just going to stare at the sun there?"

I was surprised when I suddenly heard Lucifer's voice from behind me. I turned and around to look at him and that's when I found out that he was already riding a white horse. Its skin was black while the hairs were white. "I-I don't know how to ride a horse..." I mumbled.

"Then you should just wait for me here instead," he said, smirking.

"N-No, I'll go with you!"

"You can't even ride a horse, how can you accompany me?"
